Export Workday Job Postings to CSV

Many large companies host their careers page on Workday (*.myworkdayjobs.com). The pages render with JavaScript, each company lives on its own subdomain, and there's no export button. The Workday Jobs Scraper on Apify turns those listings into rows you can download.

Input

Give it one or more Workday career site URLs, an optional search term, and a limit per site:

{
  "careerSiteUrls": ["https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite"],
  "searchText": "data",
  "maxJobsPerSite": 100
}

Output fields

Field What it is
title Job title
company Employer
hiringOrganization Hiring entity as listed (can be a subsidiary, e.g. Mellanox for NVIDIA Israel)
location Location as listed
country Country
timeType Full time / part time
postedOn Posting label as shown on the site
postedDate Posting date
jobId Workday job ID
url Direct link to the posting
descriptionText Job description as plain text (needs details on, the default)
descriptionHtml Job description as HTML (not included in the sample CSV)
scrapedAt When the row was scraped

When the run finishes, export the dataset as CSV, JSON or Excel from Apify, or read it with the Apify API.

Sample output (real run)

This is unedited output from one run on 8 October 2026 against NVIDIA's public Workday site (https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite), search text data engineer, capped at 10 jobs. The first five rows:

titlelocationtimeTypepostedDatejobId
Senior Interconnect Product Data EngineerIsrael, YokneamFull time2026-07-28JR2021975
Senior Data Center EngineerIsrael, Tel AvivFull time2026-08-20JR2023708
SAP MM/PP Master Data Engineer - Enterprise Data ManagementIndia, GurugramFull time2026-09-29JR2026497
Senior Data Backend EngineerUS, CA, Santa ClaraFull time2026-10-01JR2020354
Data Application Engineer, Enterprise Data ManagementUS, CA, Santa ClaraFull time2026-09-21JR2024551

Download all 10 rows: sample-nvidia-data-engineer.csv (12 of the output columns; descriptionText trimmed to 300 characters, and descriptionHtml left out to keep the file small). With details on (the default), postedDate is the job's real start date from Workday, so a "Posted 30+ Days Ago" job still gets its exact date (for example 2026-07-28 in the first row).

What people use it for

Price

Pay per result: $0.80 per 1,000 jobs. You only pay for what you scrape.
